The Knicks face off against the Houston Rockets in a showdown between two of the league’s top contenders. KAT’s role in the offense has been under much scrutiny lately with him failing to get more than 1 FGA in the 1H in their loss against the Thunder. However, OKC was in full ball-denial mode against KAT and the Knicks had other offensive options. I do not expect that to happen here against the Rockets, they do not have that same personnel to cause that disruption. KAT has had two down games in a row, but prior to that he had been solid clearing this line in 12 of his last 20 games averaging 20.7 ppg - this included a 25 point performance against these Rockets. The Rockets have not performed great against Centers either. Bam, Wemby, and even Clingan all exceeded their props against them in the past few weeks. I’ll back KAT on Tuesday night.
